Evans has now claimed all four heats in the 2007 season, and has won a total of 15 stage wins out of a possible 20.

His TRD team-mate, Neal Bates, wrote ARC history twice by winning the first ever podium place for an S2000 car, and winning the first stage by an S2000 car at the

Toyota Environment - Innovation into the Future

Toyota is reducing the environmental impact of vehicles by developing new technologies and improving existing product designs.

Lower fuel consumption and reductions in carbon dioxide and other emissions are being pursued to give owners the confidence that the impact of their vehicle use is minimised.

The Hybrid Synergy Drive in Toyota Prius allows energy recovery and storage for greater energy efficiency. The Prius reduces fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by 50% and has achieved a 5-star rating in the Federal Government’s Green Vehicle Guide.

Toyota is also working hard to develop future Eco-Cars which will use hydrogen or electric power instead of petrol.
