Introducing our new high performance sedan
Toyota Racing Development (TRD) Australia is soon to release an exciting new performance vehicle. In a world first for Toyota, the new TRD Aurion will launch next month. It’s a triumphant moment for the highly experienced and expert engineering team who created this new performance sedan. The car features a supercharged 3.5-litre V6 engine pumping out 241kW, as well as a six-speed automatic transmission. With a premium sporty design for a highly sophisticated feel, the look is inspired by Toyota’s Formula One car. Even the car seats themselves are evocative of racing seats, providing high lateral support with high grip materials.
The new TRD Aurion is also the first production car in the world to use the new Eaton twin-vortices supercharger (TVS), substantially reducing engine noise while improving power and torque.
